Three steps from idea to a full calendar
Step 1: Set up your board
Give your fundraiser a name and say what the money is for. Connect a Stripe account so donations are paid straight to your group.Step 2: Share one link
Text it, email it or post it in the team chat. Supporters open it on their phone. No app, no account.Step 3: Supporters pick a day
They tap an open day, leave a short message and pay that amount. Their name goes on the day, so everyone sees the board fill up.
Small amounts, easy to say yes to
Most days cost less than lunch, and supporters like choosing a date that means something to them: a birthday, a jersey number, the day of the big game.
Free for organizers
There’s nothing to pay to set up or run a fundraiser. At checkout, supporters can choose to cover the card processing and platform fee so more of their gift reaches you.
Money goes straight to your group
Donations are paid into your group’s own Stripe account. Pick a Day Fundraiser never holds the money.
No accounts for supporters
Supporters only need an email address for their receipt. Nothing to download or sign up for.
One day, one supporter
Once a day is paid for, it’s marked as funded and no one else can pick it. The board shows what’s left.

Run it again next year
Each supporter’s day is saved. When you start your next fundraiser, invite them to keep their day. They only pay again if they choose to.
Questions organizers ask
Each board has 31 days, from $1 to $31. If every day is picked, the board brings in $496 in donations.
It’s free to set up and run. Each donation has a small platform fee and Stripe’s card processing fee. Supporters see both at checkout and can choose to cover them.
Schools and PTAs, sports teams, clubs, scout troops, church groups and small nonprofits. If your group has supporters with phones, it works.
No. They pick a day, add their name and a message, and pay. Their receipt is emailed to them.
No. Once someone pays for a day, it shows their name and is closed to everyone else.
